Currently, José is an admitted arbitrator before the Center of Dispute Resolutions of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, where he also acts as Secretary for Arbitration Tribunals He has also directed processes of procurement, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and overall everything related to the structure of business groups in Colombia. He has established appropriate corporate schemes across the country and instigated their operation and interaction with parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates abroad, as well as determining the internal agreement between the respective partners. Furthermore, José has been a lecturer in commercial law before various universities within the country.
José graduated from Universidad de los Andes Law School – Bogota, Colombia (1995) and has an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from University of Wollongong – NSW, Australia (2000).

Currently, we work with domestic and foreign entities rendering custom made legal services, starting from the design of the business and legal structure, to the subsequent implementation and set-up of the transaction, taking into account all matters involved.
